Pilates Teacher (SHE/HER)

Abigail is a Pilates Instructor with over five years of experience helping people move with more ease, strength, and confidence. With a deep love of anatomy and biomechanics, she approaches each body like a puzzle—working to restore balance, reduce pain, and uncover the most effective movement strategies. Her background as a ballet dancer has given her insight into the challenges that come with injury and taught her how movement can heal the body and restore confidence.

In addition to her Pilates training, Abigail is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, IIN Health Coach, and Certified Intuitive Counselor, all of which inform her holistic approach to health, movement, and life.

Abigail’s passion is guiding clients to build strength and functional movement patterns that support them in daily life.

Her teaching is thoughtful, challenging, and empowering, designed to help people recover, realign, and feel strong and resilient in their own bodies.
