Mindful, educated movement is central to Tingzin’s philosophy, serving as the foundation for helping individuals discover what their bodies can truly achieve.
With nearly two decades of teaching experience since 2006 and a lifelong journey in Pilates that began in 1993, Tingzin offers expertise in foot and gait therapy, as well as support for injury recovery, chronic pain, osteoporosis, and other physical challenges.
She guides each person toward greater strength, mobility, and self-discovery through a comprehensive approach to movement.
Certified through Balanced Body in 2008, Tingzin brings a background in the arts to her practice and discovered Pilates after experiencing a life-threatening injury.
