Pilates Teacher (she/her)

Amber is recently certified with Mighty Pilates and Breathe Education, and trained under the mentorship of Minoo Hamzavi, esteemed third generation Pilates practitioner in Berkeley. Originally from New York, Amber relocated to the Bay a few years ago to work as an Editor at VIZ Media, a Japanese manga and anime publisher in SF.

Amber is excited to encourage both beginner and advanced movers to listen to their bodies more, and to find fun ways into that juicy mind-body connection. As a martial artist for over two decades, Amber brings a uniquely attuned perspective to trauma-informed Pilates.
