If you hated gym class as a kid, Innerstellar was built for you.

You don’t have to be cool, thin, or “good at sports” to learn to enjoy moving your body…

We know, you’ve never been a “sports” person.

Even now, thinking about being the only kid STILL trying to finish the mile-long run, huffing and puffing while your friends chatted on the sidelines, is enough to tie your stomach in knots.

When we were kids, gym class and kids sports were fun for kids who had an easy time throwing, catching, and running AND who were part of the cool group…but for lots of us, they were MOSTLY a source of severe social anxiety and even trauma.

You may be able to look back now and see that it WASN’T your fault. But those experiences still impact your body and your nervous system.

Which MIGHT have something to do with why you continue to dread exercise.

And that’s exactly why we built Innerstellar.

Because you don’t have to be cool, thin, or “good at sports” to learn to enjoy moving your body - but lots of gyms and studios built for adults incorporate shame as a motivator for exercise - which can seriously trigger that gym class trauma.

At Innerstellar, you’ll always be offered options for different exercise variations depending on what serves your body - and no variation is better or “more advanced” than another.

Instead, it’s about learning to connect and listen to YOUR body, and learning to appreciate the messages and sensations that your body gives you.

Ready enough to give it a try?

There are TWO new ways to get started:

  1. Intro to One-on-Ones: Start with THREE One-on-One Pilates or Yoga Sessions, to be used within two weeks…

  2. Intro to Reformer: Any THREE Reformer classes within two weeks

With Love,

The Innerstellar Team

P.S. If you’re not sure which option to pick, One-on-Ones are a great place to start. You’ll meet privately with one of our friendly movement experts, who will take time to get to know you, what your goals are for your practice, and any challenges or concerns you have.

You’ll get to learn some basic movement principles in a low-key environment, and at the end of your three sessions, your teacher will recommend a weekly Pilates program that fits into your schedule - which could include One-on-One sessions, Small Group Reformer Classes, or a combination.
