Abi Peguero (she/her) is a Mat + Reformer Pilates instructor certified through Mighty Pilates. She is currently completing the final few hours of her 400+ hour comprehensive certification and is excited to start teaching more people the movement she loves. 

Born and raised in Larkspur (Marin County), Abi is pleased to call the Bay Area her home. Trained in classical ballet and other dance practices, movement has been a part of her life since she can remember. Abi has a keen eye for body alignment and a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. With a Bachelors of Science in Journalism and Public Relations from California Polytechnic State University - San Luis Obispo, Abi knows conversation is the key to finding the heart of any matter.

When she's not in the pilates or dance studio, Abi can be found hunting for new recipes, exploring local cafés and bookshops, or planning her next trip around the beautiful California state or somewhere abroad; likely with a journal by her side to document the journey!
