  • Strengthen your core through slow, intentional movement WITHOUT tweaking your injuries or overloading your joints

  • Resolve or reduce low back pain, knee pain, shoulder pain, and neck pain

  • Live your best life while managing chronic conditions such as scoliosis, arthritis, multiple sclerosis, or hypermobility conditions

  • Stretch, lengthen, and decompress so that you can prevent injuries and keep running, dancing, hiking, skiing, playing volleyball or practicing yoga

Pilates Offerings

Reformer Classes

Pilates Reformer Classes are an excellent choice for students working with injuries and chronic pain. The Reformer is a spring-based Pilates machine designed to help you get your arms, legs, and core stronger while supporting your joints. Reformer classes take place in the spacious studio formerly known as the Yoga Room and are limited to 5 students, so you’ll also benefit from more individual attention from your teacher.

One-on-One Sessions

Working one-on-one with an expert Pilates teacher will work wonders for your comfort and your body awareness. Your teacher will work in conversation with you and your body, at your level and your pace, on whatever YOU need to focus on right now. One-on-ones are available online via Zoom AND in-person at the studio.

One-on-One Rates & Booking

Back In Action Pilates Assessment

This 75-minute one-on-one IN PERSON session includes with one of our expert Pilates teachers is specifically designed to help you restart your in-person Pilates practice after so many months of Shelter-in-Place! Your session will include a thorough intake, an in-depth postural and muscular balance assessment and recommendations for a weekly Pilates routine that will help you reach your goals.
