Forrest Yoga 8 Week Series with Kiki Loveleace

May 11th-June 29th, 2023, Thursdays 4-5pm

Experience the magic of an in-person Forrest Yoga practice with caring, consensual hands-on assists!

Forrest yoga is a deeply healing yoga practice that can help resolve back, neck, shoulder, and wrist pain, and heal injuries, both physical and emotional. Longer holds in strength-building poses help you build endurance, find spaciousness in your body, and release excess tension.

Back in Action Pilates Assessment

This 75-minute one-on-one IN PERSON session includes with one of our expert Pilates teachers is specifically designed to help you restart your in-person Pilates! Your session will include a thorough intake, an in-depth postural and muscular balance assessment and recommendations for a weekly Pilates routine that will help you reach your goals.

BONUS: You’ll get your very own hand/foot straps for the Reformer to keep and use in future classes & appointments!

One-on-One Sessions

One-on-one sessions are where healing breakthroughs happen. You’ll change your strength, body mechanics and effort levels in quantum time because each session is designed to meet your unique abilities, personality and goals.

You and your teacher will have full access to the Pilates equipment, and a maximum of two one-on-one sessions will take place at a time.

Reformer Classes

We are SO excited to be able to offer our students the benefits of working in small groups on the Reformers again! The Reformer is a spring-based Pilates machine designed to help you get your arms, legs, and core stronger while supporting your joints.

Reformer classes are now open to eight students. We are holding them in the spacious studio formerly known as the Yoga Room, across the hall from the main Pilates studio, where there’s plenty of room to spread out.
