Treat yourself to ten 75-minute 1:1 sessions with Innerstellar’s Founder and Director of Education Kiki Lovelace.
In each session, we’ll spend the first 60 minutes on the Reformer, and the last 15 minutes exploring yoga stretches and relaxation poses so you can grow in your self-awareness, movement skills and strength and have an experience of true nervous system regulation.
ABOUT KIKI:
Kiki Lovelace (she/they) is a longtime yogini, meditator, and Pilates practitioner with over 22 years of teaching experience.
Forever a student herself, she has been blessed to be mentored by the best of the best: world-renowned Senior Pilates Educator and Teacher Trainer Tom McCook, the (infamous) and wholly original Creatrix of Forrest Yoga, Ana Tiger Forrest, and her Success Mentor and Spiritual Teacher, Emma Churchman, M.Div. and M.Msc.
In more recent years, her teaching style has continued to evolve under the influence of her anti-racism mentor, Wendy Martinez Marroquin, and her trauma-informed yoga teacher, Jivana Heyman, the founder and lead facilitator of Accessible Yoga.
She recently completed the manuscript for her first book, Skyrocket Your Small Business, which combines her business know-how with her passion for self-care, spiritual healing and intuition practices. Her mission is to help small business owners create more financial success and build their dream team so they can scale to multi-6 or 7 figures without burning themselves out.
Kiki will bring to your sessions her wealth of healing wisdom as well as a discerning eye for how to sequence and deliver a highly curated wellness experience that is unique to your individual goals and needs.
