In this class you will learn how to direct your attention to the present moment experience. The class offers a steady progression from meditation to a slow warm up and breath practice (pranayama) to postures (asanas) with long holds and fluid movements, and ends with some inversions and a restorative pose.
Each of our Hatha Flow teachers cultivates a warm, focused and nurturing environment with close attention to each individual student.
