Group 55-minute classes on the Springboards or Reformers are limited to 5 people.

Duo Sessions (may include Pilates or Yoga)

A 55-minute session with a Staff Instructor shared with a friend or other clients.

$50 per person
$240 per person for 5

One-on-One Sessions (may include Pilates or Yoga, as well as Massage**, Facials** and/or Nutrition Counseling**)

A 55-minute session with an experienced Certified Practitioner who creates a custom program for your specific abilities, goals and rehabilitative needs.

Cancellation Policy

Small Group Machine Classes, Duos and One-on-One Sessions require a 24-hour cancellation. If you do not cancel in advance you will be automatically charged for the session. Sorry, no exceptions. Yoga and Pilates Mat Classes need to be canceled by the end of class time by canceling online, calling the studio or sending an email to info@innerstellaryoga.com.

 

Waitlist Policy

There are 3 spots on the waitlist for our small group classes. Adding your name to the waitlist provides you a great opportunity to get into class! We will contact you via email or phone if a spot opens up and you can decide if you want to join the class. If you want to stop by to see if there is a last-minute spot, you are welcome to do so.

 

Expiration Policy

The Introductory Pilates & Yoga Packages expire 30 days from first use. All other packages expire 90 days from first use.

 

latecomer Policy

For your own safety and well-being, please arrive to your class no later than 15 minutes after the start time of your 60-minute class/workshop and 20 minutes after the start of your 75, 90 or 120-minute class/workshop, or you may not be let in.

 

WORKSHOP Policy

All workshop sales are final – no refunds or exchanges.
